Day 1
Settle into accommodation, review
theory & do a practice pool dive
Day 2
First dive in the ocean,
diving techniques and familiarisation
Day 3
Morning and afternoon dive and exploration
Day 4
Take a dive in the morning. In the afternoon
reflect and complete your training
Day 5
Pack up camp and head to the Core Phase
